Ezme - Turkish Red Relish

4 ea Tomatoes
2 ea Red Bell pepper minced
2 ea Onion minced
4 ea Garlic cloves minced
4 tb Parsley minced
1 ea Lemon juice of
2 ts Tomato paste
1 ts Red pepper paste
1 ts Chili pepper ground
2 ts Fresh mint minced
4 tb Olive oil
Salt to taste
Mix lemon juice, olive oil, tomato & red pepper paste in a small bowl.
Add salt to olive oil & tomato paste mixture.
Mix all ingredients all together.
Serve fresh as a dip or relish for meats.
*NOTE: This does keep well so do not attempt to store it.
